Nakiri 170 mm olive wood


The Nakiri is the traditional Japanese paring knife. With its flat profile and rectangular tip, it is perfectly suited for chopping vegetables with pulling and especially pushing, cuts. The blade is sharpened on both sides.

Handle- Olive wood, treated with oil.
